Cherice Hunt, Producer, Black Twitter: A People’s History, Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip-Hop

Cherice Hunt is a creative producer committed to forward-thinking, innovative, and justice-rooted storytelling. Since graduating from Boston University with a degree in Film & Television, she's gone on to produce multiple premium documentaries and documentary series including Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip-Hop on Netflix and Black Twitter: A People's History on Hulu. Along with Netflix and Hulu, she's crafted stories for Disney+, BET, ABC News, Freeform and Conde Nast. She is currently story producing a true crime series with Lisa Cortes and Blue Ant Media.


Chelsea Lupkin, Sr. Programmer at Short of the Week, Director at Greenpoint Pictures

Chelsea Lupkin is a Senior Programmer at Short of the Week and is known for her short horror film Lucy’s Tale, which is streaming for free on Gunpowder & Sky’s horror platform, ALTER, where it has been viewed over 6.6 million times. She is a represented film director at Cinetic Media and also has commercial representation at Greenpoint Pictures. 

  • Her latest short, Scooter, premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival in 2022 and became an Official Selection of the SITGES Film Festival and Beyond Fest within its festival lineup. It was also released on ALTER in 2024 and is available to stream. She has served on the jury at various festivals including the Fantasia International Film Festival, Fantastic Fest, Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, and the Seattle International Film Festival. She has also mentored participants in the Frontières International Co-Production Market in Montreal, Canada. Lupkin is currently on the jury for the Killer Shorts Horror Short Screenplay Competition for rising screenwriters in the genre. She has also worked with the Sundance Institute and Hulu for another short film called Flagged, where it can be streamed on both YouTube and Hulu.

Paul C. Rosen, President & CEO, Nitrous

Paul C. Rosen is the owner and driving force behind Nitrous Ltd [www.nitrous.tv], a  premier video agency that specializes in delivering cutting-edge production, editorial,  visual effects and finishing services for film, television and digital media. With a career  spanning over two decades, Paul has built a reputation for his exceptional expertise in  production and post-production, his eye for detail and his passion for storytelling. 

  • Under Paul's leadership, Nitrous Ltd has become a trusted partner for leading content  creators, advertising agencies and production companies by providing world-class  solutions from initial production through editorial and final delivery. Paul’s  commitment to pushing creative and technical boundaries has earned Nitrous Ltd  recognition for its role in high-profile projects across a range of genres, from  commercials and documentaries to feature films, episodic series and sizzle reels. 

    Paul’s deep understanding of the production and post-production landscape and his  dedication to fostering collaborative relationships have made Nitrous Ltd a key player  in the industry. He continues to innovate and adapt to the evolving demands of  content creation, ensuring that Nitrous remains at the forefront of the production  world.  

    In addition to his leadership at Nitrous Ltd, Paul recently co-produced and edited By  Design: The Joe Carroff Story, a documentary currently licensed by TCM on MAX; and is known for mentoring up-and-coming talent in the industry and advocating for the  

    integration of emerging technologies in post-production workflows. His passion for the  craft and commitment to excellence are the hallmarks of his work and leadership. 

    Paul lives in White Plains, NY (very near his studio) with his wife and two children.


Moderator: Camila Brango, Director of Community, Center for Communication

Camila Brango is a seasoned media, communications, and public speaking professional with a dynamic background in journalism, marketing, and social media. She currently serves as the Director of Community at the Center for Communication, where she leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Center’s signature forums and summits. As the spokesperson of the Center, Camila not only represents the organization during events but also dedicates her time to mentoring young professionals looking to break into the media industry.

  • Before joining the Center, Camila held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Avenues Real Estate, where she successfully expanded the company’s operations by establishing five new offices and increasing its social media presence. Her expertise has been honed at leading firms such as Ogilvy, Johnson & Johnson, Cami's Camera, UXPros, and Voice & Nation, where she made significant contributions to content creation and marketing strategies.

    Camila Brango is recognized for her passion for sharing positive stories and uplifting news. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she leverages her tech-savviness to connect with diverse audiences. A proud America Needs You Fellow Alumnus, Camila is actively pursuing opportunities to expand her platform as a well-known show host, where she can continue to highlight inspiring narratives from around the world. She is eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals who share her vision.
